The staff were excellent co-operating and highly professional and the location was PERFECTLY COMFORTABLE in the middle of the city. Besides, the property was 7 km away from Bedfont Lake.

the check, in was hassle, free and the staff was welcoming. the rooms were not only clean, but also had comfortable beds with fresh linens, and neat bathrooms stocked with clean towels. the room service was well, organized, with a good variety of food options to choose from. the coffee shop on, site also offered delicious coffee and muffins. We enjoyed a great breakfast in our room, which was exceptional. the free mini, bar and welcome fruit basket were added bonuses, and a fingerprint sensor door lock was a convenient touch.

The view from the window was not really impressive.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The central location made it easy to explore the nearby attractions. Additionally, the friendly staff provided excellent service, and the range of food options available was exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary mini bar and welcome fruit basket.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. The room service was disorganized at times, which led to some delays in receiving meals. Additionally, the fingerprint sensor on the door lock was a little finicky and sometimes took multiple tries to unlock. while the stay was positive, there were a few areas where improvements could be made.

The bed was comfortably soft and the linens were fresh and clean. the staff at the front desk was very polite and welcoming. They offered us a complimentary drink upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. the in-room menu had a great variety of food options, and the coffee and muffins from the coffee shop were delicious.

The location was a bit inconvenient, as it was far from the city center and other tourist attractions. the room service took longer than expected, so we ended up having to wait for our food.

The hotel also had a lovely terrace and garden area where I could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The free mini bar and welcome fruit basket were a thoughtful touch, adding to the luxurious experience. I was delighted with the location, service, room amenities, and the warm and helpful staff.

The Mughal Mahal Hotel in Gujranwala is fantastic. Smooth check-in, comfortable beds, clean linen, and courteous staff. The fingerprint sensor on the door lock is a great addition. Neat and clean washrooms, free mini bar, and delicious breakfast. Would definitely stay again!
